  I had an amazing experience at Hyundai of Oakville after a very long and frustrating experience with my car at a previous Hyundai location (Burlington). The staff were extremely friendly and listened to my concerns about my car and answered them professionally and efficiently. The technician/mechanic listened to the problem I expressed and went over the appropriate steps to resolving the issue with my car and made it clear what to expect. Once he changed multiple parts in my car, he brought me back to see if the problem was still happening and much to my anticipation it wasn't. I'd like to thank Hyundai of Oakville for putting their customers first unlike Hyundai of Burlington and treating me as part of the Hyundai family. It's been months since my car was facing problems and it wasn't until yesterday that I can finally say they were resolved. It's definitely worth the extra drive from Burlington to come to this Hyundai and for future car problems and maintenance, I'll be coming here instead. Thank you for your hard working employees and dedication to your customers!
