    I got the car from this dealership, so I did service here all the time. Got couple very disappointed experience. 1) first time I did service, I called one day before, to reserve the shuttle back home, and mention to them the exact address. They promise to give me a ride. Then I went to do service the next day, and was told the address is too far, and they can not give me a ride. I have work afterwards, and obviously cannot stay for hours there. But finally, after I got mad, they find the driver, but they said they can only drive me back home, but not pick up. 2) second time I did service there, the next day i found they did no set the car properly, it shows "service required" again, so I assume it might be the car's problem, not theirs. then I went to another dealership to reset. 3) 2 weeks later, "service required" shows again, I was very frustrated about those errors, and went back to Budd's to check it out. When I call to reserve the service, I was told it would only take about 15-20 mins. The next day, when I dropped off the car in the morning, around 11am, they said it will be done at end of day, and will contact me when it's done. Now from 20mins to whole day. But at 6pm,no one contacts me, so I tried to call them and ask. The reception desk told me the technician is not there, I can contact tomorrow. And did not even apologize? I went to store, the reception's attitude is nothing but don't care. I really find the technician department and the reception desk woman, is ruining the reputation of Your dealer. Though I got the car from this location, I don't think I'll go back to any service or repair. But the sales person called Jonathan, is very helpful. And he really thinks for clients. I appreciate for his help, or else my plan will be totally ruined the next day.

    Updated 21st Feb 2018: Changed the rating due to no call back regarding an issue. Left several voice mails for the service manager as well a service advisor who promised to have the service manager call me and never did. Can't get anyone on the phone to talk to about an issue. Very good at taking the money but not at solving an issue. Original review : - Great service from Tyler. Explained everything clearly.
