I have seen this mall limp through three decades. It's main customers are seniors, so certain clothing stores have been there a long time with devoted customers. The rest of the stores are basics like a grocery store, a dollar store, a Tim Hortons, and a couple of banks. So many shops have failed miserably here. It's a ghost town most days. Someone left a tip saying that this mall needs more people to flow through it to entice quality stores to open there. I think it's the other way around. People need a reason to go here. This place sucks.
