  Oswald and the team were helpful and made for a pleasant experience, always very welcoming. There were a couple of mistakes made during the sale and while waiting for the vehicle delivery, but they did rectify them with no hassle at all. I had to do some swapping of tires from my old vehicle to new and Adam in the service team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, though pricing is higher than other VW dealerships I have been to for the same service, likely due to the location. Overall a good experience!

  Service from reception was very good. However I booked a test drive on line which oakville confirmed 1 hour prior to appointment. They gave me sales agents name who would be helping me. When arriving at appointed time agent couldn't be found. They offered coffee while I waited. Thirty minutes after my appointment sales manager apologized and advised me that car had been sold. There was no call from dealer prior to my arrival to let me know. Reception wasn't made aware of situation either. The salesman a signed to my appointment should have been there at appointed time to meet me and explain circumstances and perhaps offer some alternatives to sold vehicle.
