  I have been here twice in the last week or two to pick up last minute Christmas gifts. They have loads of things I didn't even know I needed. The staff is very friendly. The first time I came in there was a very sweet girl working there named Terra that helped me find some things since you can get lost here quick! And the second time there was a cashier I think named Kathy that was very kind and upbeat. My only complaint is that it was very busy and the lineup was long each time.

  Love their products. Their return policy however is awful! In their words "if it's been used or opened you can't return it..." added to this, the store management doesn't deal with frustrated customers in a polite manner. The words " I'm so sorry for the inconvenience cause to you" are not used in this store! I dealt with the store manager; Jane yesterday. She finally agreed to returning my item, (even though I was about to spend more money) Jane was sullen, irritated and impatient with me for daring to challenge their return policy. So yes, I managed to return the $10 item that didn't do what it was meant to do. However I had to assert myself very strongly to get this done.
